Advisory Team for Housing Renovation, (EARHA in catalan) founded in 1985, is an interdisciplinary team of professionals who, from different fields of architecture and city planning work, performe studies management and sector, aimed at the rehabilitation of urban plots, and, in general, the design and implementation of criteria and forms of assistance as appropriate as possible for each urban situation, social and economic specific.

Methodologically, EARHA is characterized by its analysis based on both the use of statistical and cartographic sources available and the implementation of fieldwork and survey. In cases where required, the information is high level work breakdown, through the exploitation of the Urban Land Registry data, Population Census, Census of Filing, etc... interrelated urban farm level, understood as a unit of analysis and intervention.

Since its inception, the EARHA Team has developed different strands of work:

• The drafting of projects related to the encouragement of rehabilitation within historic urban fabric and historic core.
• Developing Urban Management Plans.
• The performance of work of advisory, management and promotion of rehabilitation, buildings and public housing.
• I more recently, the drafting of comprehensive intervention in neighborhoods and local housing plans, commissioned by local authorities.
