| This document constitutes an analysis of uses and activities found in the districts in the Sierra de Mena, and the price of real estate market, aiming to develop proposals aimed at stimulating socio-economic area. The above analysis is based recognition of geographical, sociological and planning already done in the October 2004 document, the "Draft Comprehensive Intervention of 7 Quarters Border Mountains in Mena. | The comprehensive intervention project of the 7 districts bordering Sierra de Mena aims at the renovation and rehabilitation of neighborhoods in La Paz, Health, Sant Joan and Sant Antoni de Llefià, the town of Badalona, and the Fund, Santa Rosa and Raval-washes, Santa Coloma de Gramenet. Són barris que, en el seu origen, constituïen la perifèria de la ciutat de Barcelona i dels seus propis municipis. Neighborhoods that are at its origin, constitute the periphery of the city of Barcelona and of their own municipalities. Es varen formar com extensions suburbanes mal planificades, situades en les dues vessants de la carena de la Serra d'en Mena, amb pendents molt importants que en alguns trams de carrers superen el 20%, sense cap dotació d'equipaments i serveis, i manca total de transport públic.
